The first line of the hex file begins with 89, and there are also more than one hex line indicating that the file is a png image.

I found a png hex image on the internet

Let's just copy the initial values

I use the ghex tool. u can use any similar tool to modify hex

When finished, save the file with a name and do nt forget the file format .png

The flag is at the bottom, but it is not clear :)
